Members taking full advantage of the BONUS and RENTAL weeks can save thousands of dollars over the three year period. The 2 exchange weeks at AU$95 Domestic or AU$149 can save members at least AU$400 to AU$900 for each week of holiday, compared with normal family bookings at equivalent high standards of accommodation.

Your Discovery Vacation Club membership gives 3 years membership of our associated holiday exchange company Dial An Exchange (D.A.E) allowing access to all the DAE services including bonus time & rental weeks plus 1 exchange week in each of years 2 & 3. All bonus time and exchanges are subject to availability. Members are allowed up to 4 bonus week each year and unlimited rental weeks.

Guidelines and rules of Club Member operation with Dial an Exchange are:

Three years membership will be provided by DAE to all Discovery Vacation Club members, Bali Shangrila Beach Club (BSBC) will join the members to DAE at the time of club registration.

DAE will post out to members an information welcome pack and a letter at the time of registration and then continue to communicate by post and E-mail broadcast regular updates of Bonus Time and Exchange availability.

• During the 3 years membership BSBC will provide up to a maximum of 1 exchange week in each of year 2 & 3 to each of The Discovery Vacation Club members. This allows the Club member to choose a week from the Dial An Exchange website or catalogue of over 1,800 resorts worldwide.

• The members are responsible for paying their own exchange fees – to be paid direct to DAE at the time of confirmation. These exchange fees are set currently at AUD$95 (domestic exchange that include Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Fiji) and AUD$149 (international exchange).
